The ordinary Salicylic acid 2% solution is an effective  exfoliant. Being a beta hydroxy acid means it penetrates deeper into the layers of the skin dissolving excess dirt and sebum in the pores. It works to improve texture and clarity of the skin over time. It can also be used as a spot treatment on pimples as well as a regular  treatment to keep skin clean and clear.

Use sunscreen during the day (even in winter) if using this product as it can increase sensitivity to the sun and cause further blemishing without sun protection.

A popular product within the ordinary range.

Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. Do not rinse off. Continue with additional skin treatments as needed. Can be used after cleansing and toning and before moisturising.
