The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG is a light-textured formula containing a very high 5% concentration of caffeine plus a highly-purified epigallocatechin gallatyl glucoside (EGCG) from green tea leaves.
Studies have shown caffeine applied to the skin can help reduce the look of puffiness and dark circles under and around the eyes. It has also been shown that caffeine can reduce the appearance of cellulite.
