The Ordinary 100% Cold pressed virgin marula oil is referred to as a “luxury” oil by some. It is an antioxidant-rich oil is obtained from the kernels of the fruits of Marula tree that contains mainly oleic acid and linoleic acid but also contains procyanidin, catechins and flavonoids.
These acids act as antioxidants scavenging free radicals to prevent them from causing damage due to oxidative stress to the skin. This formula contains only cold-pressed virgin African Marula oil that is 100% unrefined and lightweight so it absorbs easily.
Suitable for sensitive, dry, and oily skin, but it’s not necessarily the best product for acne-prone skin. Also an effective moisturizer for aging skin.
