All Vim & Co orders are shipped via registered or express shipping. Whilst we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping process, exact shipping times are subject to change, dependent on the carrier and delivery location.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer refunds, credits and exchanges as per the following conditions:


Vim & Co only offer refunds or exchanges on broken, damaged or faulty products.

In order to process your refund, we require:

  • Notification of damage or fault within seven (7) days of receipt, including a photo of defective merchandise and proof of purchase emailed to northbridge @
  • Should we require you to return the product to us, a Return Authorisation and shipping address will be provided and should be noted on the return shipping parcel.

Products are to be returned to us via registered Australian post within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Please note, returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation.

Once the return has been received, Vim & Co will immediately provide notification that the item/s has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, we will process a refund for the product amount to your credit/debit card (original method of payment) or provide a replacement/exchange (if preferred).

Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund amount to be returned to your card, dependent on your card issuer’s policies. Replacements or exchanges (where applicable) will be shipped back to you one (1) business day from receipt of return.

Change of mind

Should you change your mind about your purchase, Vim & Co will provide a store credit on any* products that are returned to us within seven (7) days of receipt.

Please note, for a store credit to be applied, we require:

  • products to be returned to us within seven (7) days of your receipt,
  • products to be shipped (at the customer’s cost) via registered Australia Post,
  • products to be returned in a saleable condition – unopened and unused, in original packaging and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact.

Once the product has been received, Vim & Co will provide notification that the item/s has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, an electronic gift voucher will be issued via email to you, to the value of the product/s returned. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Please note, a refund, credit or exchange is not available for any items returned in non-saleable condition where the item is opened, not in the original packaging, used and/or with broken seals.

*Due to Australian hygiene regulations, unopened menstrual hygiene or underwear products are excluded from Vim & Co’s change of mind policy and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Product Reactions

All Vim & Co products have been specifically chosen for their quality and efficacy and whilst a reaction is unlikely, they can occur. Reactions and irritation do not constitute a product ‘fault’ and Vim & Co cannot be held responsible for any reactions or irritation experienced from product use.

We encourage you to read the full ingredient list prior to purchase and send us an email with any questions or concerns prior to purchase so that we can ensure the product is suitable for you.

Online Order FAQs

When will my order be shipped?
When you make an online purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We aim to dispatch orders within one (1) business day. Once your order is dispatched, Vim & Co will provide a tracking link so you can track your order via the carrier.
How do I place an order for a product that is not on the website?
All in-store products, excluding scripts, can be ordered and delivered to you, even if they are not on the website. Simply call our store (08 9328 9447) or send us an email with your order request. Please include your mobile number in the email.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you place your order via phone or email, payment is taken over the phone and not via our website.
What if the item I order is out of stock?
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via telephone to offer a refund, or alternatively, we can place your order on hold until the item can be ordered in for you.
